Golf National All-Academic, All-American, and End of the Year Award Nominations Now Being Accepted

Golf National All-Academic, All-American, and End of the Year Award Nominations Now Being Accepted

Golf National All-Academic and End of the Year (Student-Athlete of the Year and Coach of the Year) award nominations are now open. Nominations for these awards will be accepted until Thursday, October 1st at 12:00pm.

After nominations for Coach and Student-Athlete of the Year are received, a committee comprised of National Office members, board members, and member Athletic Directors will be gathered to select the award winners. Those winners will be announced following the 2015 USCAA Golf National Championships.

The emphasis for the Student-Athlete of the Year award will be on academics and community involvement, not athletic performance. It’s encouraged that when submitting nominations for either Coach of the Year or Student-Athlete of the Year you fully explain the merits of your nominee in the space provided. The more information you can provide, the more the selection committee will have to base their decision. One nomination per school will be accepted for each award.

All-Americans

Golf All-Americans are determined by the finish at the Golf National Championship.

  • The top seven finishers will be awarded first team All-American honors
  • The next seven finishers will be awarded second team All-American honors

Please note, for all nominations the USCAA will be utilizing PrestoSports' online awards platform. Below you will find instructions on how to access and use the system.
