ESPN Family of Networks Set to Air Men’s Basketball Exhibition at Eastern Michigan

DETROIT – For the second time in as many seasons, the Marygrove College men's basketball team will appear on the ESPN family of networks when the Mustangs visit Eastern Michigan University on Wednesday (Nov. 25) at 2 p.m. inside EMU's Convocation Center. The game – an exhibition for the Mustangs – will air live on ESPN3 with 97.1 The Ticket's Ryan Wooly handling the play-by-play duties alongside EMU's Assistant Athletics Director for Communications, Greg Steiner, who will be the color commentator.

The Mustangs will appear on ESPN3 one more time this season when they visit Western Michigan University on Dec. 12. Tip-off for the Dec. 12 exhibition is slated for 4:30 p.m.

The Mustangs (1-6, 1-3 WHAC) – a member of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) – will play a pair of league games before heading into the exhibition tilt at EMU with meetings opposite Siena Heights on Saturday (Nov. 21) and home to Northwestern Ohio on Tuesday (Nov. 24) on the schedule. Mustang Sports Network will air the home contest with Northwestern Ohio beginning at 8 p.m. on marygrovemustangs.com/live with Jeremy Otto and Brendan Johnson on the call.

Eastern Michigan (2-1) will play a total of three WHAC programs over the next eight days, taking on Siena Heights and Madonna on top of their matchup with the Mustangs.
