Lodging for Basketball National Championships

USCAA Basketball National Championship Lodging Information

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is the official lodging partner of the USCAA Basketball National Championships, taking place on the campus of Penn State Fayette March 2 - 6, 2010.  Abiding with USCAA legislation, each participant in this year's National Championship Tournament will be required to stay at Nemacolin.  The USCAA has negotiated an exclusive deal with the resort to include top of the line lodgings for a low and convenient price.  Details regarding room rates can be found in the USCAA Basketball National Championship Tournament Information Packet, and will also be available on the official 2010 USCAA Basketball National Championships website.  Any institution that does not stay at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort for the duration of their time playing in the tournament will be disqualified from participation and will be subject to further disciplinary actions by the USCAA board of directors, as was approved by the membership at the 2009 Convention.

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, located in the Laurel Highlands of Southwestern Pennsylvania, is one of only 21 hotels and resorts in the world to host AAA Five-Diamond lodging and dining.  Situated on 2,000 acres, resort features 335 guestrooms, suites, Townhouses, and Private Luxury Homes, including the AAA Five-Diamond Falling Rock boutique mountain hotel.  In addition to the internationally acclaimed Woodlands Spa, the resort offers 36-holes of championship golf on two courses - the Pete Dye designed PGA-tested Mystic Rock and the traditional Links Course.   Various activities, including the Nemacolin Shooting Academy, fly fishing, arcade, and Zoo offer athletes experiences and fun for downtime and off days.  The WildSide center, located on the grounds of the resort, offers eight pool tables, a bowling alley, 85+ arcade games and a climbing wall.

The Nemacolin Woodlands Townhomes, the primary lodging option for our teams, are ideal for large groups and offer a secluded setting.  The townhomes, which sleep up to six participants, will be offered at a rate of $109 a night.  The Links, Laurel Ponds and Maples Townhomes all offer two-bedroom lodging with several amenities.
