As Director of Athletics at The Apprentice School, he had responsibility for all extracurricular activities of The Apprentice School, including the intercollegiate athletic program, the student association and its related activities and the development and implementation of the Student Services program.  As one of the three operational managers of The Apprentice School, he assisted with the planning, evaluating and managing of the school.
