Newport News - The 2008 USCAA Women's Soccer National Championship Tournament will be held Oct. 30-Nov. 1. Vermont Tech will host the tournament in Burlington, Vermont. The 2008 tournament brackets and seeds have been finalized.
The opening round will begin at 11:00 A.M. with two games. The first match pairs Yankee Conference champion No. 5 NHTI and No. 4 Andrews. The second game is between defending tournament champions, No. 6 Robert Morris-Springfield and No. 3 Christendom. The second set of games begin at 1:00 P.M with tournament host, No. 7 Vermont Tech taking on PSUAC Champion, No. 2 Penn College. The final game of the first round has No. 8 University of Maine-Augusta taking on No. 1 Southern Virginia University.
