PC Saints Announce New Additions To Football Coaching Staff

Aberdeen, SD--Presentation College, an Independent NCAA DIII institution, is pleased to announce the hiring of two new members to the football coaching staff. Head Football Coach Andy Carr welcomes assistant coaches Pat McCarthy and Jason Enos to the Saints football program.

Coach McCarthy comes to PC after having spent the past season serving as the offensive line coach at Culver Stockton College in Canton, Missouri. He had spent the previous 2 seasons as an assistant coach for Southwest Minnesota State University. Coach McCarthy will serve as the Saints Co-Offensive Coordinator, and will coach running backs, full backs and tight ends.

A native of Neenah, Wis., McCarthy spent the 2009 season as defensive line coach at Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He has also been an assistant coach at both St. Thomas Aquinas High School (Kan.) and Neenah High School (Wis.). McCarthy served as a player and coach in Europe, spending time in France (2007) and Sweden (2008-09).

A 2006 graduate of the University of Minnesota, McCarthy played four seasons for the Gopher football team at both linebacker and defensive line and was a three-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree (2003-05). McCarthy earned his bachelor's degree in sport studies from the University of Minnesota and his master's degree in sports leadership from Southwest Minnesota State University.


Coach Enos joins the football staff as an Assistant Offensive Line Coach. This is his first coaching position at the collegiate level. Enos played college football as an offensive lineman for Winona State University, earning all-NSIC honors 4 years in a row. He was also named an Honorable Mention All-American in 2009. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Enos is a native of Crystal Lake Illinois, where he played varsity football for Crystal Lake High School South.


Current PC Saints staff member Michael Budziszewski will move into the position of Offensive Coordinator and will coach the quarterbacks and wide receivers.
