Former USCAA Grad Assistant Named CEO of US Synchro

NORFOLK, VA – Former USCAA graduate assistant and Administrator of Marketing & Events, Adam Andrasko, was named CEO of USA Synchro (Synchronized Swimming) this month.    Adam, who joined the USCAA staff in 2008 after receiving his bachelor’s in Sports Administration from Lock Haven University, was instrumental in the early growth and development of the association.  He served during the introduction of the PSUAC to the membership, and also oversaw much of the production of the USCAA’s first collective Basketball National Championship at Penn State Fayette.

More recently, Andrasko has served several roles in Olympic sport including a seven year stint with the United States Olympic Committee, before moving to his most recent role as Member Services Director with US Field Hockey.  Adam, his wife Rio, and son Witt reside in Colorado Springs, Colorado where many of the US Olympic governing bodies are headquartered.

About the USCAA

The primary goal of the USCAA is to provide members with an association that is devoted to the growth, vision, and values of their institutions. The USCAA’s focus is to enhance member institutions through athletics. The association intends to achieve this goal by providing opportunities for small colleges to compete on an equal level of competition with schools of like size and athletic programs. The USCAA conducts 15 national championships, names All-Americans, recognizes scholar athletes, and promote USCAA member schools in various means. The USCAA believes that the integrity and credibility of the association and its members is paramount in accomplishing its goal.
