Please be cognoscente that all Faxed documents need to be sent to 757-706-3758 to ensure the National Office receives the documents. If you would like confirmation that a fax has been received, you can request so on the fax cover sheet or by emailing us at theuscaa@yahoo.com. We will respond to your request between 9am and 3pm EST Monday through Friday.
