Eligibility forms for basketball are due by Tuesday, February 1

The second round of eligibility forms for basketball are due by Tuesday, February 1, 2010.   

A few reminders regarding eligibility forms:

1.  The forms must be signed by the registrar.

2.  If there are transfers on your rosters, they may be required to submit a Transfer Eligibility Form.  Please review Section 5 of USCAA Eligiblity Guidelines to determine whether or not this is necessary.

3.  All fields on the form must be filled out.

If eligibility forms are not received by the mentioned date, your institution will not be eligible to qualify for postseason play and may be subject to possible sanctions.
