The King's College freshman Kelsey Thomason continued her strong play off the bench with 12 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, a steal and a blocked shot, but it was not enough as SUNY-Delhi prevailed 78-27.
The Delhi offensive firepower was led by Samiaya Salley who had 19 points, but the entire team provided a stifling defense that frustrated the Lady Lions throughout the game. Other than Thomason, no other TKC player was able to reach double digits in points.
With the loss The King's College falls to 2-2 overall and 0-1 in HVIAC conference play.
