In a home victory Sunday afternoon, SUNY Delhi beat visiting SUNY Canton 71-51. SUNY Canton took the lead by one at the completion of the first period, 13-12.  The Broncos, however, would not let those numbers stand, holding the Kangaroos to only 5 points in the second period and putting away 26 points in the third period. In a true team effort, multiple players from the SUNY Delhi roster contributed significant numbers towards the Broncos' success. Samiaya Salley supplied 19 points, 6 assists, and 3 steals. Katie Herba provided 17 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals, and 3 blocks. And Sam St. Denis added 9 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 steals. The Broncos travel to Keuka College Wednesday, January 25 at 7pm.
