Andrews University -- The Cardinals fought hard on a beautiful thursday afternoon here in Berrien Springs. Bogdan Pintilie and Christian Gutierrez were the stars of the game. Bogdan scored the only goal for the Cardinals, and Christian Gutierrez had 16 saves. Bogdan's goal was the third of the season for him. It came from a penalty kick in the 72nd minute. Bogdan's strike went to the top right corner, giving the goalie no chance of a save. Fouls were another big part of the match. There were 27 fouls in the match - 10 of which came from the Cardinals. In the end, the Cardinals fell 9-1 after a hard fought game.
