Michael Taylor of Berkeley College-NY has been named USCAA Men’s Division II Basketball Player of the Week. Taylor scored 17 points, pulled down six rebounds, and had a game-high five assists for the three-time and defending USCAA Men’s Division II National Champions against Columbia International University. In his next game at Johnson & Wales University–Charlotte, the senior from Brooklyn, New York extended Berkeley’s winning streak to 11 with the game-winning three pointer with 2.7 seconds left on the clock. In the game he scored 28 points and pulled down six boards.
