#3 Andrews University 55 - #7 St. Joseph's (VT) 52

UNIONTOWN, PA –   All-American Matthew Little's free throw with 16 seconds left sealed the victory for Andrews over St. Joseph's (VT) 55-52 to advance the third-seeded Cardinals to their second consecutive National Championship game.  James Raida's last second three point attempt rimmed out for the No. 6 seed Fighting Saints.

Brendan Rios' three pointer gave St. Joseph's a 43-34 lead with 9:41 remaining in the game; but, Andrews responded with a 14-0 run to capture the lead.  All-American Jerome Murray led Andrews with 17 points and 16 rebounds.  Fellow All-American Tyler Wooldridge added 15 points for the victors.  After trailing 26-22 at halftime, the Cardinals outscored St. Joseph's 33-26 in the second half.  The Andrews defense forced 15 turnovers and had 13 steals.  Rios led St. Joseph's with 11 points, while Dane Jobst added 11 points and 13 rebounds.

Andrews will be seeking their back-to-back National Championship when they face the Berkeley/Andrews winner, Saturday night at 6:30 p.m. in the Main Arena.
