Brian Abel of Penn State Brandywine is the USCAA Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week. At the Delaware Valley Invitational the freshman became the first male runner from Penn State Brandywine to win an individual meet title. The Massachusetts native ran the six kilometer event in 21 minutes and 4 seconds, setting his pace per kilometer at 3:30.
