Nyoah Marteny of Penn State Fayette is the USCAA Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week. At the Penn State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) Cross Country Championships Marteny placed first overall with a time of 30 minutes and 22 seconds. Penn State Fayette also placed first as a team to win the conference championship.
