Jessica Stairs of Penn State Fayette has earned this week’s Softball Player of the Week honor. Stairs stellar play helped lead her team to a 3-1 week with victories over fellow PSUAC members. At the plate, the junior went 8 for 13 (.615) with three home runs to drive in eight RBIs. Stairs also made two appearances at the mound as she pitched two complete games. In thirteen innings of work, she struck out nine batters.
