Grace DeRosa of Penn State Brandywine earns this week’s Softball Pitcher of the Week honors. DeRosa tossed the third no-hitter in Penn State Brandywine softball program history against Penn State Worthington Scranton. The first four innings were played on Friday night but the game was called for darkness, which forced the teams to return Saturday morning to finish the game. The sophomore allowed one base hit on a fielding error and struck out five. She had a second shutout later that day pitching six scoreless innings and striking out five.
