Kayla Abdul of Southern Maine CC earns this week’s Softball Player of the Week honors. From the shortstop position, the Maine native had seven runs on 12 hits, six of which were doubles, and two home runs and 15 RBI’s for the week. Abdul hit .500 through six games and leads the Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) in batting average, home runs, and RBI’s.
