Tiffany Phillips of Mississippi University for Women is the USCAA Softball Pitcher of the Week. In Phillips’ lone start in the circle last week against Rust College, she struck out nine batters in five innings of work while just allowing one hit. Currently she averages 11.2 strikeouts per seven innings of work. The Owls of Mississippi University for Women are 5-3 in the last eight contests with an overall record of 17-15.
