Cecelia Neally of SUNY Canton has been named USCAA Women’s Golfer of the Week for the second time this year. Neally finished in a tie for second place at the two-day 36-hole Utica College Invitational. In her second round on Sunday, the sophomore carded a pair of birdies and six pars solidifying her team’s third place finish in the event.
