#4 SUNY ESF 1 - #5 Alfred State College 4

In the first quarter final game of the USCAA Women's Soccer Championship, #5 Alfred State College defeated #4 SUNY ESF, 4-1. Alfred State's Kali Muhleisen scored twice in the first half to take the halftime lead. SUNY ESF got on the board in the 47th minute off of a penalty kick scored by Hannah Holmok to cut into the deficit but it would be their only goal of the match.  Alfred State would add two more goals from Bridget Cuddihy and Kelly Stieve to reach the final score of 4-1.

Fourth-seeded SUNY ESF is now in the consolation bracket and will face #8 Penn College on Friday November 1st at 11:00am at Trace Fork Field. #5 Alfred State College moves onto the semi-finals of the USCAA Women's Soccer Championships to match up with #1 University of Maine at Fort Kent on Friday November 1st at 3:45pm at Trace Fork Field.
