Lana Truese of Johnson & Wales University – Charlotte has been named USCAA Women’s Soccer Player of the Week. In a matchup featuring two teams from the 2017 USCAA Women’s Soccer National Championship field, Truese scored twice as the Wildcats from Johnson and Wales defeated Washington Adventist by a score of 3-1. In the second game of the season against Kentucky Christian she added another goal and assist to her name.
