Brianna Banks of Penn State Brandywine has been named USCAA Women’s Soccer Player of the Week. Banks scored five goals during Brandywine’s two games last week against NCAA II Lincoln University and Penn State Beaver. In the first game of the week versus Lincoln University, Banks scored twice in the opening half as the Lions went on to win 5-1. The victory marked the program’s first victory over a Division II program. In the second game against Penn State Beaver the sophomore scored a hat-trick and is now tied for second in the USCAA for goals scored this season.
