This week’s Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week honor goes to Rachel Ramsey of Penn State Greater Allegheny. Ramsey led her team to a fifth place finish in the 3rd annual Greater Allegheny Cross Country Invitational 5k by running a new season and course best time of 21:43.
