Julia Lindsay of Albany College of Pharmacy is this week’s Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week. Lindsay placed in 3rd individual place for the Lady Panthers at the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) Championships this past week. The sophomore finished the 5k race in 20 minutes and 49 seconds for a 6 minute, 42 second mile average. Lindsay’s performance helped lead the Lady Panthers to their first conference title since 2009.
