Amanda Espy of Carlow University has been named USCAA Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week. At the Penn State University Greater Allegheny Invitational, Espy finished as the top individual runner, a first in the Carlow University Cross Country program history. Her 5K time of 20:58 set a new career best for the freshman.
