• Commissioner, after the demise of the NSCAA helped found this group, recruited new members, started first USCAA web site, Player of the Week Awards, wrote by-laws, pushed for 501c3 tax exempt status, organized 1^st USCAA convention in Chicago, with the help of University of Dallas had 1^st USCAA national championships

• NCCAA Award Of Excellence: (2003) for running NCCAA Baseball Championships for three years

• NCCAA Division I Baseball Championships: 2001,2002 and 2003 Tournament coordinator

• National Small College Athletic Association: (March 2001-June 2001) 1^st Assistant Commissioner
