He lead Concordia College Alabama women’s basketball program in his first year as a head coach to the 2015-2016 National Championship with a remarkable record of 26-3. Coach White repeated the success of his first season with a 25-4 record in the 2016-2017 season and another USCAA National Championship. Coach White took over the responsibility of re-instating the women’s program at Mississippi University for Women in 2018 , which hadn’t had a program since 2002, he guided the program in his first year to a 21-6 recorded and captured another USCAA Division I women’s basketball National Championship, and for his efforts he was named USCAA 2018-2019 Coach of the Year
