Below we have the data from our second survey on COVID-19 and indicators for Fall National Championships decision making. Please expect a new survey by early next week. We will continuously be updating members on the data from these queries and providing additional feedback as we get closer to a decision point.
To date, we continue with our strategy of “Be Prepared to Play” and are working hard to plan for National Championship tournaments that provide fair selections processes, are competitive, and most importantly safe for our student-athletes and fans. We will be publicizing contingency plans for the Golf National Championships in early July, with plans for Fall Championship Week to follow.
We appreciate your support in completing these surveys, keeping us up to speed on what is happening on your campus and helping to make the best decisions for USCAA members and their student-athletes. As we hear more positive signs across the country about reopening and safe return to campus, we remain optimistic about providing great opportunities this season by way of Championships and awards platforms.
