The volleyball team participated in the USCAA Tip-Off Tournament this weekend that was hosted at the Penn State Beaver campus.  The first match for DuBois of the 2022 season was against Carlow University, and although the outcome was a loss the Lady Lions showed a good performance with a new look to this year's sideline.

Games 2 and 3 saw the same look, but progression with each set.  DuBois pushed each opponent a little harder as they warmed up to the new season.  Johnson and Wales out of Charlotte, NC would defeat DuBois in 3 sets, but not easily.  The final match for DuBois was against PSUAC opponent, Penn State Fayette.

DuBois would hold close, and even take a set from Fayette, but would end the game with the 3-1 loss.  Montana Hetrick would total 30 kills for the tournament, and Megan Hyde would put up 61 total assists. 

DuBois will be back in action on the 13^th, when they host PSU Greater Allegheny.
