CENTER VALLEY, PA (September 3, 2022) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Soccer team won its 2nd straight game of the season in an intense 1-0 battle against visiting non-conference USCAA opponent Five Towns College (NY). The 2 teams fought physically in the first half to a 0-0 halftime tie. The lone Lehigh Valley goal came off a Marcus Pringle penalty kick at the 89:00 minute mark.  In a game that saw 4 yellow cards and 2 red cards, Lehigh Valley outlasted the Sound to open the 2022 season 2-0. Lehigh Valley goalie Kenneth Dyer had an outstanding performance with 8 spectular saves for the shutout. 

Lehigh Valley will travel to Lehigh Carbon Community College on Tuesday for a 3:30 PM kick-off.
