The Word of Life Huskies traveled to Paul Smith's College for the 2022 Battle for the ADK'S Tip-Off Tournament to open the new season. The Huskies' first game was matched with North Country Community College Saints in the 5 pm slot to open the tournament. The Saints got off to a quick start and didn't let up as they defeated the Huskies 85-58.
