DuBois Takes The Loss On A Hard Fought Battle

A hard fought battle by Penn State DuBois tonight brought a ton of crowd energy inside the new PAW Center on campus as the Nittany Lions hosted Grove City College.  A back and forth game in the first half left an excitement for the hometown crowd and showed a lot of hustle plays from the Nittany Lions.  Trailing by only 6 at the half, DuBois came back to make an even game in the second half with some huge plays from both the offense and defense.  In the end Grove City would pull away for the win, 81-73.

Both Jaiquil Johnson and Grant Grimaldi would score 14 points for DuBois while Grimaldi would also pull down 7 rebounds.   Jadon Myers would have a big nigh defensively for DuBois with 4 steals, and Ashton Fortson would add 10 points and 5 rebounds on the night.

DuBois will travel to Mt Aloysius on Saturday for a 1:00pm tip before returning home next Tuesday to host Penn State Shenango.
