SMCC lost the first set to CMCC 25-21 before defeating them 25-21 in set two. The Mustangs claimed the final two sets with scores of 25-17 and 25-11. Sophomore Rachel Pardi (Portland, Maine) tallied nine kills while first-years Jordan Bickford (Cumberland, Maine), Anna White (Buxton, Maine) and sophomore Lillian Findlan (North Berwick, Maine) each recorded four. Sophomore Lauren Kiss (Lyman, Maine) recorded three kills and 19 assists.

Fort Kent beat SMCC in straight sets, with scores of 25-7, 25-15 and 25-9. Pardi led the team in kills with five, while Findlan and White each added two. Kiss notched eight assists in the loss for the Seawolves.

Coach's Thoughts: "A couple matches with a low kill percentage and that hurt us a bit. We showed flashes against two very solid opponents today; we need to string together multiple sets and find more consistency." – Head Coach Garrett Lewellen
