Chambers, Dottin and Price Not Enough In Warriors Dual Against The Herons

CORONA, N.Y. - The Vaughn College Warriors had three players score in double-figures against the visiting Great Bay Community College Herons on Sunday, November 20. The Warriors were able to keep pace with the high-octane offense of the Herons. Ean Chambers (Ewing Township, NJ)  Fabrizio Dottin (Queens, NY) and DeAnthony Price (Texarkana, TX) kept the Warriors within striking distance throughout the game. Chambers finished with 14 points, five rebounds and 2 assists. Dottin  added 14 points, six rebounds, 2 steals and three blocks. Price tallied 12 points, four rebounds  three assists and one steal.

The Warriors competed valiantly against the #10 division II team in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA). Unfortunately, the Herons would pull away from the Warriors late in the second half. The loss drops the Warriors record to 2-5 on the season. 

The men's basketball team will be back in action on Tuesday, November 22, at Elmcor Recreation Center. They will host Touro College.
