VB Undefeated PSUAC Crossover Weekend

York and Brandywine, PA- Fayette volleyball had undefeated weekend at the PSUAC Crossover event.

Fayette volleyball was able to accomplish a 4-0 weekend against Brandywine, Lehigh Valley, Schuylkill and Wilkes Barre.

Bella Buwawa had a great weekend with a high of 25 kills against Brandywine and 9 solo blocks against Penn State Schuylkill. Pasepa Driso-Buwawa had a successful defensive weekend with 19 digs against Schuylkill. 

Pasepa Buwawa spoke about this past weekend, "This weekend was long but we all came together as a team to win and everyone did their jobs."

Fayette will have a big week ahead of them with an away game at Penn State New Kensington on October 12th at 7:00 P.M. However, the true test will come Saturday when Fayette faces PSU Greater Allegheny at home on Saturday, October 15 at 12:00 P.M. If Fayette wins, it could create potential for a second seed berth for playoffs within the following weeks.
