Lady Saders got off to a hot start vs. Patrick Henry, scoring three times within the first 10 minutes. Leading goal scorer Christine McLaughlin scored in the fifth minute followed by two goals form wing attacker Martha Blank, one of them being a thing of beauty dinging off the post before going in the back of the net. The Crusaders kept rolling throughout the half putting in five more goals, without allowing any, making for an 8-0 halftime score. They kept up the defensive dominance in the second half, and Anna Solitario added one more goal for the team. The game ended with a final score of 9-0. The offensive on slot was led by Anna Solitario, Sofia Hudson, Martha Blank and Christine McLaughlin, each of these players scored two goals and both Martha and Christine had an assist as well. With this win the Crusaders advance to 7-2 on the year. The Lady Saders play Wilson College next, a NCAA DIII school.
