Messiah University 3, Penn State Mont Alto 1 (25-23, 11-25, 12-25, 16-25)

Penn State Mont Alto took Messiah University to four sets during game one of the Saturday slate at Gettysburg College. Caroline Blickley led the Nittany Lions with a team-high ten kills. She also added two digs in the opening contest. Kylee Gooding recorded five kills to go along with 18 digs on the defensive end. 

Kylie Denlinger provided 18 of the 26 Mont Alto assists, also registering nine digs. Brooke Denlinger recorded seven assists and Gabby Baughman added one. 

Mackenzie Feight recorded a team-high 15 kills for the Falcons and Caitlin Lielbreidis chipped in 11 to pace Messiah University.

Emma Swartz led the squad with 35 assists. Maddy Eby also had three assists to go along with 14 digs. 

Arcadia University 3, Penn State Mont Alto 1 (18-25, 17-25, 27-25, 27-29)

Penn State Mont Alto dropped a long fourth set after taking the third set in their final contest of the Battlefield Classic. After taking the third set by a score of 27-25, Arcadia took a long contested fourth set over the Nittany Lions 29-27. 

Kylie Gooding recorded a team-high twelve kills in the losing effort, she also registered 18 digs on the defensive end. Gracie Vaughn was second on the team in kills with eight. 

Kylie Denlinger provided 32 of the team's 34 assists in the final contest, Zoey McCormack (1) and Kylee Gooding (1) also providing assists in the match. 

Brooke Denlinger (21), Kylie Denlinger (19) and Kylee Gooding (18) paced Mont Alto in digs.
