Huskies Lose Close One in Rematch

The Word of Life Bible Institute Huskies traveled back to Paul Smith's College to face the Bobcats for the second time in the 2022/23 season. The Huskies got off to a quick start going up 12-6, but the Bobcats were able to get right back into it quickly and went on a 15-2 run to take a 21-14 lead early in the first half. The game remained tight as the Huskies and the Bobcats went back and forth throughout the game, as the game went on the bobcats would pull away late in the second half for a 90 to 76 win. Leading Paul Smith's College to 2-4 on the season with both wins against Word of Life. The Huskies fell to 0-5 on the season.  

The Huskies player of the game was Quentin Lackey, scoring 24 points and securing 13 rebounds for the Word of Life Huskies.

The Huskies' next game is Thursday, November 17th at 4:00 PM at the Huskies health and athletic center versus New England Baptist college.
