Freddie Ricks III of St. Thomas (TX) is the USCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Player of the Week. The sophomore guard averaged 25.5 points per game over two tough conference games to lead the Celts during a 1-1 week. He scored a career-high 28 points against Texas Lutheran on Friday. He then followed that stellar performance by scoring 23 points in a wine over Southwestern.
