Mont Alto, Pa.- Mont Alto men's soccer team hosted Hagerstown Community College for their final regular season home game. It was a back-and-forth match until Hagerstown jumped out to a 5-2 lead. Mont Alto would start to comeback back with two goals to make it 5-4. Their comeback would fall short, failing to tie the match in the final minutes.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Wesley Muller of Mont Alto scored an unassisted goal in the first minute of the game to get Mont Alto on the board 1-0.
- Hagerstown would answer back with a goal from Ben Rankin assisted by Carlos Pazos, tying the score 1-1.
- Mont Alto would regain the lead after a goal from Thomas Oberholzer, assisted by Wesley Muller.
- Hagerstown then scored four goals to make the score 5-2.
- Mont Alto didn't go down quiet as Garrett DiBenio and Noah Crescenzi both scored unassisted goals to make the final score 4-5.
