Kent State Tuscarawas hosted a tri-match vs. Salem University and Penn State Du Bois on September 7, 2024. The Golden Eagles lost steam early in their first match and went just 3 sets.

In the match, Kent State Tuscarawas lost to Salem University, 0-3 (16-25, 25-27, 19-25).

Kent State Tuscarawas then rebounded sweeping Penn State Du Bois 3-0. In the second match, Kent State Tuscarawas defeated Penn State Du Bois, 3-0 (25-9, 25-11, 25-6).

"After playing 8 games in 7 days this was a long stretch of volleyball for the girls. We wanted to play a strong schedule to challenge our team mentally and physically to prepare for November. I know this will help us in the future to becoming the team we want to become" said Head Volleyball Coach Courtney Goodwin.

Kent State Tuscarawas is set to play in a dual match at Penn State Beaver on Tuesday, September 10th.

The Eagles celebrate a point and Mackenzie Neininger tips one at the net.
