Women's Soccer Takes on SUNY Canton

The Mighty Oaks traveled up to SUNY Canton today coming off a big win from the day before and earlier in the week. The team dominated play and possession throughout the match. The Oaks out shot the Roos by 88% and created lots of scoring opportunities. Unfortunately, the Oaks finishing game was not on par. The direct and narrow style of play from the Roos made it a challenge for the Oaks to find their rhythm as Canton continued to collapse on ball. The unseasonably hot weather coming off a long week played a factor on the teams overall performance. Junior Captain Abby Neil worked hard and to keep the defensive game organized. The Oaks left Canton with 0-0 tie and the team will be on the road again Monday October 9th to face FLCC.
