MEDIA, PA—United Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Division I Manor College (6-6-1 overall, 3-3-1 Eastern States Athletic Conference) had four different players score goals and the defense limited USCAA Division II Williamson College of the Trades to two shots overall as the eighth-ranked (tied) Blue Jays shut out the 14th-ranked Mechanics (6-7-2, 1-5-0), 4-0, at Betty and Harvey Ross Field.  

Manor opened the scoring early in this match. Sophomore midfielder Adan Crispin-Morales (Norristown, PA/Norristown) took advantage of Williamson turnover around their own 18-yard line and kicked into the middle of the net for his fifth goal of the season (0:33). It was the earliest goal the Blue Jays scored this season overall and on the road this season. Overall, they surpassed the mark set at home versus the NJCAA Division III Harrisburg Area Community College Hawks on September 12 (1:10). The earliest road goal they scored before this match was versus USCAA Division II Pennsylvania State University-York (8:57) on August 27. The Blue Jays added to its lead later in the half after a Williamson foul near midfield.  Manor freshman forward Moussa Cherif's (Philadelphia, PA/Father Judge) shot hit the crossbar and went into the net (41:18). Manor led at halftime, 2-0.  The Blue Jays outshot Mechanics, 13 (seven on goal) to one (one on goal).  

The Blue Jays increased its advantage later in the second half. Following a Manor corner kick, sophomore defenseman Lucas Dolchanczyk (Philadelphia, PA/Franklin Towne Charter) knocked the loose ball around the six into the left side of the net for his second goal of the season (82:58).  Blue Jays' freshman defenseman Zulkefal Shakir (Upper Darby, PA) chip shot from around the Williamson side of the midfield circle went beyond the reach of the goalkeeper and into the middle of the net for his second goal of the season as time expired (90:00).  Manor out shot Williamson in the second half, 14 (seven on goal) to one (none on goal).  The Blue Jays outshot the Mechanics for the match, 27 (14 on goal) to two (one on goal).

Next Match: Manor travels to play the Patrick Henry College Sentinels (2-6-1) on Saturday, October 19 at 3 p.m. in Purcellville, Virginia.  The Blue Jays tied the Sentinels in its initial matchup, 1-1, on September 16, 2023 at Manor.  This will be Manor's first visit to Patrick Henry.  The Sentinels are 2-5-1 overall (1-3-1 at home) versus the USCAA, including 1-4-1 overall (0-2-1 at home) versus the ESAC this season.
