Berrien Springs, MI- Kent State Tuscarawas traveled to Andrews University, where they built a strong lead by halftime. However, Andrews came out hot in the second half, knocking down three-pointers with incredible consistency. It seemed like for every shot the Golden Eagles made, Andrews answered with a three of their own. In the end, the Golden Eagles came up just short in a tightly contested game, and they'll need to finish the season strong moving forward.
In the Game, Kent State Tuscarawas was defeated by Andrews University 81-88.
Kent State Tuscarawas was led by Mekhi Johnson with 17 points, Kyle Shockley with 8 rebounds, and Vincent Roper with 7 assists.
The Golden Eagles are set to play at Bryant and Stratton Cleveland on 2/3/25 at 8:00 PM.
