NORTH BRIDGTON, Maine – The Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) men's soccer team went on the road to face NEPSAC Bridgton Academy (BA) in a non-conference matchup on Tuesday, Oct. 8.
The Seawolves would find the back of the net when first-year Jeannot Ndayishimiye (Portland, Maine) landed a shot off a delivery from captain William Perry (Gorham, Maine).
The Wolverines, landing five more shots, would find two scoring opportunities in the contest, leading them to a 2-1 victory over the Seawolves.
The goalkeeper duo of Mohammed Turki (Portland, Maine) and Ian Allen (Avon, Maine) combined for six saves.
The loss moves the Seawolves to 5-5 on the season.
The Seawolves are back in action on Thursday, Oct. 10 when they travel to NJCAA Massasoit Community College. Kickoff in Brockton, Massachusetts is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
