Senior second basemen led the way for the Scarlet Hawks to an undefeated record (4-0) last week. Malfeo recorded a batting average of .611 by going 11 for 18 at the plate, which included 1 homerun, two triples, a double, while driving in 12 RBIs. In the field, he recorded 15 put outs, 14 assists, while committing only 2 errors for a fielding percentage of .935.
