This week’s Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week goes to Rachel Ramsey of Penn State Greater Allegheny.  In her first race of the season, the 2013 USCAA 2^nd Team All-American placed first at Westmoreland County Community College with a time of 20 minutes 22 seconds.  She cut 31 seconds off of her personal and the course record time the she recorded last year.
