Portsmouth, NH - The pitching of Shane Sullivan, Derek Roman, Trevor Phelps and Jeff Meisner meld for a one hitter, 17 strikeout performance as the Mustangs ran away from Great Bay in an 11-1 mercy rule win. 

Garren Post and Stefan Lesco combined for six hits and eight RBI in the winning effort. Lesco had a two run homerun and two doubles. 

Jimmy Reed also had two hits snd two runs scored for the Mustangs. 

"It was nice to see our pitchers pound the strike zone and hit their spots," said head coach Ryan Palmer. "We started off slow offensively but came alive in the 6th."

The Mustangs are back in action this weekend with a weekend series with rival SMCC. The series kicks off Friday night in Auburn with a 4pm first pitch.
